Responsibilities and work environment include:

 

• Management of the petty cash

• Management of accounts receivable

• Finalization of plans and documents for submission to the client

• Cash flow management

• Finance reports

• Training to become a potential finance manager

• Promotion of the company’s core ideology

• Work environment is office work 90% of the time

• Knows how to use Quickbooks Accounting Software

• Willing to be trained to become a full time employee

 

Qualifications are:

 

• College graduate preferred

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management or equivalent is preferred

• Certificates, licenses and registrations are a plus

• Math skills must be at least basic college graduate level

• Must be familiar with Microsoft office, windows and Google applications
