Responsibilities and work environment include:

• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization

• May install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems

• Mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

• Talking staff through a series of actions, face to face to help set up systems or resolve issues

• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replacing parts as required

• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system

• Supporting the roll-out of new applications

• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs

• Working continuously on a task until completion, prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time, responding to breakdowns

• Testing and evaluating new technology

• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment

• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades

• Making and maintenance of company website

• Maintenance of company online presence

• Help the Marketing team with their advertising materials

• Assets management, maintenance, and acquisition

• In-charge of office repairs, ambiance, and equipment

 

Qualifications are:

• College graduate preferred

• Math skills must be at least basic college graduate level

• SEO and Photoshop skills preferred

• Certificates are a plus

• Must be familiar with Microsoft office, Cad, Windows and Google applications.

• Technical Understanding, Organizational, Interpersonal, Communication, Patience, A meticulous and methodical nature, A logical mind, Capable of working well under pressure, Enthusiasm to be continually learning, Problem Solving

• Training to become a contracted full-time employee to those accepted and are willing to be trained.

• A degree in Information Technology, Information Technology Entrepreneurship, or Technology [Information Technology] is preferred
