Philsurv gets the plan approved by the Land Registration Authority or the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
HOW IS IT USEFUL ?
• Philsurv can consolidate or subdivide the land depending on owner’s preference.
• Basis of consolidation of subdivision can be architect’s design, inheritance agreement or as-built structures.
• Subsequent titling can also be done by Philsurv.
